ABOUT ME

IAN KING

Over 40 years’ experience of health and fitness. 17 years in the RAF and 10 years as a senior executive in the commercial sector. Became a fulltime Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist in 2014.

 

Have trained clients aged 11 to 86.  I focus on one to one training and with couples. Also provide remedial sports massage treatments.

Have achieved some excellent results with my Clients, including significant weight loss and reduction in blood pressure; major improvements in diet, strength, endurance, flexibility, energy levels, sleep and all-round quality of life. In essence, you have the potential to make some life-changing gains with me. It is never too late to improve your health and fitness.

I offer personal training for one to one or small groups in the area, Either at your home, workplace or a local venue.

 

I currently have clients aged 11 - 71 who have a range of fitness ability,  They have achieved a range of excellent results which has included significant weight loss and a reduction in blood pressure.

 

This has been combined with major improvements in diet, strength, endurance, flexibility, energy levels, sleep and all-around quality of life.
