ABOUT ME

IAN KING

Over 40 years’ experience of health and fitness. 17 years in the RAF and 10 years as a senior executive in the commercial sector. Became a fulltime Personal Trainer in 2014. I am also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist.

 

Have trained clients aged 11 to 86.  I focus on one to one training and with couples.

Have achieved some excellent results with my Clients, including significant weight loss and reduction in blood pressure; major improvements in diet, strength, endurance, flexibility, energy levels, sleep and all-round quality of life. In essence, you have the potential to make some life-changing gains with me. It is never too late to improve your health and fitness.

Have experience of replacement joints, prehab and rehab, having recently had a metal hip.

I offer personal training for one to one or small groups in the area, Either at your home, workplace or a local venue.

 

I currently have clients aged 12 - 77 who have a range of fitness ability,  They have achieved a range of excellent results which has included significant weight loss and a reduction in blood pressure.

 

This has been combined with major improvements in diet, strength, endurance, flexibility, energy levels, sleep and all-around quality of life.

 

In essence, you have the potential to make some life-changing gains by training with me. It is never too late to improve your health and fitness.

I offer personal training for one to one or couples, either at your home, or primarily at my house in Brill, where I have an extensive selection of equipment.

 

I have trained clients from age 11 to 86, who have had a range of fitness levels,  They have achieved a range of excellent results which has included significant weight loss and a reduction in blood pressure; this has been combined with major improvements in diet, strength, endurance, flexibility, energy levels, sleep and all-around quality of life.
